I always check the NET rankings because that's the projection that's most reliable. WVU has 4 Big 12 games left that it can and should win, against fellow Basement Bunch teams Oklahoma, Oklahoma State and Texas Tech. That would be 5-13 in the Big 12. And probably 16-16 overall since Auburn also loomed. That's not going to hack it. So WVU needs to go 4-0 against its fellow Basement Bunch and luck out for 2 more W's among the Big 12's Fantastic Six (separated by ONE W or L for the title) and Auburn. 18-14 might let WVU sneak in. After that, win 6 and you're national camp. It can happen ... till it doesn't happen. The negative nancies likes rootie won't be happy with you. I KNOW. HIS OBSESSION WITH ME MEANS I OWE HIS SOUL! I'VE HAD 70 YEARS OF PEOPLE BEING ANGRY WITH ME BECAUSE I'M RIGHT AND THEY'RE WRONG. HEY, I MAKE MISTAKES, AND THANK PEOPLE FOR POINTING OUT FACTUAL ERRORS.
