Mooresville fans not trying to be funny at all but what the heck happened to get smacked by Grimsley that way?
East will win state championship now, easy road to the final game. Entire east division has been taken out (#1 and 2 teams eliminated) West Mecklenburg has been crawling along, another tough game next week by the time they play east they will be worn down and broke.
EF will respect everyone we play from here on out. If you're still playing this time of year you're doing some things right. No need to look down the road and predict anything other than EF will play 4 quarters against whoever is up next.
I'm sure those upper seeded teams who got beat were thinking down the road too. That's a quick way to get the UHauls at your crib.
We need not worry or talk about anyone else other than I felt like we could've played 4AA this year with the same success.

not taking anything away from the job that Grimsley did last night, or their preparation leading up to the game. they were solid in every phase of the game and earned that win. Mooresville lost their starting QB in the 4th quarter of their final regular season game at MC, due to a concussion. he never made it out of concussion protocol and last night their offense was DOA. again, Grimsley was fantastic and took advantage and Mooresville is left, scratching their heads over what might have been.
Why was your starting QB in the game in the 4th quarter when you getting beat by 40+?
Hate to see teams lose when not at full strength. We were definitely expecting you guys in Kernersville this Friday. Another rematch I guess. Never comfortable with playing a team you've beaten already. Coach at Grimsley doing a heckuva job.
