Unofficially, Atlee, Monacan, and Powhatan are tied for 7th at 23.13.

Hanover is next with 22.38 points
Then Caroline at 22.25

Pick the two teams that you think will snag the 7th and 8th playoff spots.

Powhatan has two very easy games and will finish 6-4. Atlee also has two winnable games. Monacan may win 1 of 2. Hanover is cooked unless they upset Freeman or Highland Springs. Caroline should win 1 of 2. Win out and you are in. In my opinion only Atlee and Powhatan have a chance to do that.

I don’t disagree with you at all BN. I’m hoping someone will jump on this thread and defend a scenario where one of the other three sneaks in.

One thing we all have to agree on is that the fortunate two that make the playoffs are most assuredly going to have to beat either Huguenot, Varina, or Dinwiddie to keep their season alive.
But, ask UMBC if an upset is possible! (#16 UMBC beat #1 UVA in 2018).

It's all about matchups and honestly not many in region B and Class 4 in general match up with Huguenot. I have been looking at and comparing best matchups and I don't see anyone outside of the Top 5 seeds being in the region b final.

EXAMPLE:
If the playoffs started today
#1 Dinwiddie vs. Atlee/Powhatan
#2 Varina vs. Atlee/Powhatan
#3 Huguenot vs. #6 Courtland
#4 King George vs. #5 EV
