You can't help but feel bad for Byrd, not their fault that their opponents have been terrible. They've done their job and won every game, and are sitting 6th in the region.

They have opportunities to move up near the top soon with games against Staunton River and LB.

They'll be ok if they win their 2 tests- Staunton River and Lord Botetourt.

A good friend's son is a key player for Byrd. I don't doubt for a minute that his performance will be on the same level regardless of the competition. The kids aren't responsible for the schedule - they just play each and every game to the best of their ability. When you do that, the end result wI'll tell the story of your strengths and weaknesses.

I think every team on here has a chance to move up or down and a few out depending, on a few big games. Charlottesville vs Louisa will be a big one.
