I gotta think we take the 3 there. As the very next possession by Bama illustrated, anything can happen in this game. Instead, we asked our freshman, non throwing QB to make a huge 4th down conversion.

Bottom line: cut it to 10, then who knows what happens. They could have muffed the return, or fumbled like they did after we turned it over on downs. Then we have a chance to make it a 3 point game. WT17?

You have to score 13 points in 6 minutes. FGs aren't gonna cut it. And that's assuming he could even make it.

You've got to throw it. It doesn't matter how well he throws. Running isn't gonna do any good with 5 minutes left in the game. If he throws a pick then he throws a pick. At least we tried.

We elected to run it on 1st and 2nd. So now it's 3rd and 14 and he has to make two throws to keep the drive alive.

He made a dang good throw to DeRunnya on 4th down that should have been a TD

If only Mullen had taken that advice then you could have accused him if giving up. The argument would have been better.

You mean like we took the 3 in the first half?

We should rip the play called "field goal" from the playbook.

I didn't

really have a problem w us doing that there, when I take into account everything....then add in the fact that we have absolutely zero 17ing kicking game. Holy **** that is a joke. Seriously. An SEC team that does not have a kicker. Not one. Zero. Thanks Jackie.
