If these 17ers don't get swept again I will be surprised. God bless Jim for having to sit through this ****.

the other night with a bunch of JSU fans, I really quit giving a rat's ***. Sort of like our players have. And sort of like I did in the tech and ten football season.

I don't think this team has quit, but we just don't have the arms to compete with anyone when Stratton isn't pitching.

I'm at the point of counting down the season- so here's some reason for optomism- only four games total at Dudy-Noble for this team , one five more games in the state of Mississippi for this team, and only eight more SEC games after this season, and essentially after this weekend, ONLY TWO more weeks of Jet Butler, Russ Sneed, and etc.

they just suck at Baseball. Sometimes I wonder about our pitchers, though. Some of them fit the definition of "quit".

Russ Sneed? Yeah that guy is really killing us, hitting over .400 in conference play and all.

I think DS said it best when he said that if Cohen **** in your mouth you would say it tastes like chocolate. Guys like Sneed ain't the problem dumbass

Other than the fact that he can't field, run, or throw and because of that, it forces us to put people like Ryan Duffy on the field.

Yeah, Duffy's 3 errors are what have cost us this year too.

How bout Vickerson's 18 errors? Sneed or Butler ever make close to that? Hell, even Frost has got 10, so how bout you put some of the blame on Cohen's players for once... Or better yet, the pitching, which is pretty much the ONLY thing that should even be being heavily criticized

like Sneed. And when was the last time Vickerson or Frost let a guy just take home while they were pouting about an error? If we put Sneed and Butler out there they would definately get 18 easily. Ask yourself this- why are Vickerson and Frost starting? Because guys like Butler are worse. Hell, Sneed stuggles during infield before the game.

And if you think Duffy is a good outfielder, I don't know what to say. He misses the cut off man all the time, and if a ball is over his head, he's screwed.

Now, as far as Vickerson, yes, he is not great defensively, and that's why I've said repeatedly that he will be moved to the outfield next year. As far as Frost, you must have forgotten a few weeks ago when I said that he needed to sit because he was struggling at the plate and the field. I have also said that I don't think he will start next year because I think Adam Frazier or one of the other freshmen will outperform him at the plate. And at least Frost has the excuse of being a freshman. What's Jet Butler's excuse? He was too busy learning how to catch in the offseason to try to increase his draft stock?
