They never argue for the humanity of the Baby. NEVER. They can't. So they argue for things they think you'd be a fool to oppose:

"women's health"
"reproductive rights"
"Freedom of choice"

They will never argue that is a living breathing human being. Once they are forced to accept that reality, their arguments to kill it for their own convenience vanish. (that's all they're arguing for...killing innocent babies for their own convenience)

They cannot win that argument.

No one is saying that but conceivably if Repubs controlled everything they could now pass a law banning it nationally so there's that.

If they did, SCOTUS would overthrow it. If the judicial can't weigh in on it, neither can the legislative.

Constitutionally, it's a STATES' matter and a STATES' decision.

Outside a constitutional amendment that cannot happen at a federal level for the exact same reasons SCOTUS tossed our Roe.

But keep listening to msnbc. They seem to be treating you well.

I get that but what restrictions does it allow individual states to still consider? Does it guarantee that every law abiding citizen of state X the right to conceal carry? I understand that it's not a de facto "constitutional carry" ruling but how close is it?

It just means that states will have to issue CCWs providing the applicant pays the processing fee. As it stood, the burden of necessity was placed on the individual in some of these states. That’s no longer the case. “May” issue is now “shall” issue. The restrictive states go to being like what the constitutional carry states were before constitutional carry.
