It just means that states will have to issue CCWs providing the applicant pays the processing fee. As it stood, the burden of necessity was placed on the individual in some of these states. That’s no longer the case. “May” issue is now “shall” issue. The restrictive states go to being like what the constitutional carry states were before constitutional carry.

Could also help with firearm transportation between states. Like if I have to drive to Morgantown and have to go through parts of Maryland.

That's all very interesting as long as Repubs don't use the ruling to increase pollution and/or CO2 emissions and odds of that are zero.

Oh, so you liked being king. Got it.
It was a bold move putting that in place but it was the right thing to do. Too many people can't see past next quarter's earnings or who don't care about the planet or future generations. We will look to Europe then for leadership on climate change.

Never thought I'd ever agree with you on anything. Greedy corporations don't give 2 ***** about us nor does the same ones making it in other countries to by pass the EPA & taxes. It's up to Congress to write laws not some bureaucracy. Supreme court was right again

I can't believe this went a year without correction. The right to bear arms is a secondary right based on a person's right to life. In other words, people have a right to protect their own lives. The right to life is a primary right endowed to all people by their Creator. The right to bear arms to protect one's life is a secondary right based on the right to life. It would be inconsistent for SCOTUS to say people have a right to bear arms and a child doesn't have a right to life. All red pill.

If only a fetus was a child.

What scientific evidence suggests a fetus is not a child?

I’m surprised you liked that, @30CAT.
it’s the same evidence that says a boy isn’t a girl. Funny how you idiots change the definitions and trust the science when convenient.

try having a backbone.

There are times when I wish my education was better rounded than all the science I was required to take. This summation is something I have never heard and much better written than the three liberal women of the SC could opine. While I believe the horse was let out of the barn with abortion, there should be some reasonable restraint on time to decide.
