Ridiculous 2 west teams, (and Salem) have to travel that far. I could see maybe salem since they are playing a east team, but when you have 2 west teams playing each other they need another option. I know both teams will bring some fans, but not like if it was at liberty. Maybe once they see ticket sales down, something will change.

They should move the game to salem stadium, and have a triple header next sat. 1A, 2A , 3A State Championships. Blacksburg & St. River would each only have about 30 - 35 minute trip. also would at least double the attendance. but, sadly it won't happen.

I wouldn't mind having the 4a game played there as well... yes this is a joke.
