While we will never have the sort of sustained success we are capable with in our baseball program (due to the fan support, facilities, history, etc) with our football program, we should at least be capable of one upset win every 5 years.
It's amazing how few upsets Mullen has been involved in. Beating ole miss in '09 and getting beat by them and Northwestern in '12 are really the only times over 4 years that you can say the better team may not have won. Came excruciatingly close with Florida and LSU in '09, Arkansas and Auburn '10, and USC in '11.
Here's to the Dawgs pulling an upset over a big boy in '13, as unlikely as it may be.
