Hypothetically speaking. I realize that all of the responses won't please all of you and I KNOW that many will say...but but but.... we won't win 3 of the 4. The question is "if we do" regardless of the chances of that happening.

Since I predicted we would go 5-7 or 6-6 I don't think I could fire him, but if he makes no changes or doesn't get out of the offensive play calling, I take it all back and say make a change.

However I would think he would be on the hotseat next year, even with a new offensive coordinator. Doesn't matter, we will probably lose out.

I voted for keeping Croom and making staff changes on both sides of the ball regardless of offensive/defensive scheme. I don't care what we run as long as we win. If I was Croom, I would hire Gus Mahlzahn.

My reasoning is this: Croom has had the opportunity to coach in the SEC AND help his friends out regardless of quality as coaches. Now is the time to win.

I don't think we could really complain if we ended up 6 and 6 even though I don't think it's gonna happen, and there are other games we should have won. Regardless, we need new offensive coaches, but I would take two bowls in a row even though it would be the papajohn's.com bowl.

we badly need a change in that dep't

Otherwise, I voted for staff changes on the offensive side of the ball, & for the time being, I would rather openly admit we are running offensive sets that are suited to our players strong points, in an effort to put them in a position to win games

make sure to not only add the statement "i know not all answers will satisfy everyone" but also to add "hopefully the wording of the answers are not too complex, too simple, to thorough, too incomplete, too short, too long, too numerous, too few, or over the heads of people like bonedaddy."

If Croom pulls six wins out of his large intestine some how.. He could stay but the offensive coaches have got to go regardless. It would still piss me off because if he would win... that means a ton of things have changed now that some pressure is being applied and those things didnt' happen earlier. And if he wins 3 out of the next four... how pissed off still would you be about La Tech, Auburn, Tennessee, and Georgia Tech? I see no situation in where the offensive coaches could stay at all. It's over. Gone. three lucky games does not make up for 4 and 3/4 years of suck *** offense.

....has to change regardless. Five years of offensive ineptness can't be made up for by one late season run to go a measley 6-6.

and it doesn`t make a damn who is on the staff or how weak the schedule is. Anyone (that`s been paying attention) who can`t see that really is blind. It`s time !

I think a better question might be, "Who if any of the current coaching staff would you keep?" I personally believe Louis Campbell (Linebackers Coach) has done a good job since losing our best linebacker for the year. Obviously keep Melvin, as some have stated he is very good with recruiting. Besides that revamp especially Special Teams!
