********. You arrest them and charge them with the same damn crimes as the J6ers and seek the same damn sentences since they participated in the riot. Let each one of those agents decide between (a) not seeing their kids for years while they rot in prison or (b) spill the beans on their orders and who ordered it.
This could be wrapped up in 60 days.
