I can agree with charging them with something appropriate. For most probably a misdemeanor. The violent offenders with felonies. People being held prior to trial for years with no bail is pretty bad IMO.

I agree. They should be charge and sentenced appropriately. I would have liked to have seen more commutations, especially for those who assaulted police officers.
