Believe it or not, Trump holds all the cards in this one. He will re-write the EO or he will simply tell immigration to adopt new procedures for refugee and immigration evaluation from these countries. He, in addition, could then continue to fight this in court.

If, God forbid, a terrorist attack happens from someone from one of these countries, the Dems/libs will own it. Absolutely own it.

Those are dead Democrats that are probably in hell. Only Democrats would think digging them up and removing them from the Country would be a good appropriation of our money. Let's just piss on their graves and call it a day.

As usual? Look, you're in way over your head here. Constitutional Rights apparently aren't your forte. Americans have a right to a trial and can be convicted. Life in Prison or Lethal Injection are the worst legal punishments.

No, it is actually you who are in over your head. The immigration ban is designed to keep people out who HAVE NOT YET COMMITTED any terrorist activities in this nation. We are using their ideological beliefs to ban them. Now, why can't the KKK be "banned" for the same reasons? Oh....that Constitution.....yeah......I guess it's OK to predict a terrorist attack from someone who is Muslim but not from someone who is an American preaching hate daily........

Nope. But you do support the harboring of terrorists by granting them Constitutional protections (ex. KKK). I would love nothing more than to ban any terrorist group from entering, or remaining, in our nation. And if you don't believe me, I've had several posts on here where I was SUPPORTIVE of this immigration ban, but wanted it to include the nations where the 9/11 hijackers and masterminds were from (Saudi Arabia and Egypt).....but you and your Trump buddies don't think that's a good idea. Actually, yes. The evidence is there. The biggest terrorist threat on America came from individuals from Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Yet, those two nations are not on the list. And the second part of my "cogent" response was that Trump wants to protect Americans from terrorist threats......well.......what about our own homegrown terrorists? The KKK is just one of the examples. We should ALL support President Trump's ban and expand it to include, and kick out, our own terrorists who live to put fear in particular parts of our population. Who wouldn't support this? Well, other than those that either:

1. Belong to such a hate group
2. Support or protect those in a hate group

Either way, like Bush said, if you harbor a terrorist we will treat you like a terrorist.
