31 Northwestern was off this weekend
We had 6 teams in front of us lose, Northwestern was off, and we beat a ranked team. I think we get to number 24 or 25 this week. If not, we will at least be in the Top 28.

We get no respect, I tell you, No respect! Top 25 is definitely deserved at this point of the season with 22 to 25 being appropriate.
I did noticed the announcer called us Southern Miss at least once last night. The other guy made it a point to call us Mississippi State three or four times right afterward the one time that I heard it.
That's OK. I keep betting the line and covering! Well, at least I bet them on Pick 'em since I am to cheap to really bet.

I don't know if we will crack the Top 25 in the AP because we haven't received a vote from them yet. We have a way better chance of being ranked in the coaches poll than the AP, so that's why a did a rundown of the teams in order of what they wereranked from the Coaches Poll. Since Nevada was 21st in the coaches poll, they are a little more in reach to be passed by us than in the AP.
