8A Playoff Outlook a Beast - #1 seed will come down to last week

Assuming LWE, Simeon and Rice win out then they will be either 1-2-3, 3-2-1 or 3-1-2 seeds

Should be interesting how it plays out - GE and Oswego should win out to be the 4-5, 5-4 seeds unless one of the above loses.

The 6-10 will be tight too.

Yes I think they would be either the first or second team from the 8A field to drop down should the playoff qualifiers dwindle in the 8A class pushing everyone down (I think that’s how it works).

If a couple of bubble teams with large enrollments make the playoffs when they were forecasted to miss them - that’s when teams get pushed from 8A to 7A? In the reverse if there are 8A teams that normally make the playoffs or were fcsted to make it this year but they don’t - that pulls up the largest schools in 7A and they are welcomed with open arms to the 8A bracket!

Update. Looks like Soucie has Both Glenbard East and Simieon in 7A now. Looks like I went to the wrong restaurant! I must be gettin old!
