uva was just called for targeting. A first for me: They showed the ref looking at the replay and an acc official also watching the video. The two were talking over the play, and espn broadcast the audio. TV viewers knew that the call would be upheld before it was announced by the ref in the stadium.
I know it won’t happen, but dang I would love to see UVA win.
UVA was too conservative on their offensive 3rd down and then just didn’t get it done on defensive 4th down. And WTF was that 1st down play.
I'm watching TCU @ Arizone State. ASU QB, Sam Leavitt very impressive, athletic, elusive, and strong arm. Seems like a high round draft pick.
Virginia has been handed this game 3 times and has coached scared. They do not deserve to win. Scared coaching will beat you 10 times out of 10.

Yeah. Good thing there wasn’t a flag on that last play. Would have taken forever to clear the field.
It looks as though the masses (students) came from the endzone at UVA's Scott Stadium. Behind that endzone is, I believe, what they call the lawn, where there aren't any chairs/benches/seats, but rather where students traditionally stand (and socialize) during the game.
In the ACC, if fans storm the field before the teams and the officials have exited, it's a $50,000 fine for the 1st offense, $100,000 for the 2nd offense, and $200,000 for the 3rd offense. I don't think UVA has had any reason to have prior offenses (I believe the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd are over a 2-year period, and then they reset to zero), so that will be a $50,000 fine to UVA (the storming the field fines go into the ACC's scholarship fund).

He also threw three picks and they won. If Allar throws a pick against Oregon he needs to "forgetabout it" and play on. He can't allow it to to stay in his head and hinder his play.
Correct. Just A grass hill there. You could see kids coming in from the dorms with a few to go.
