This week's games are incredibly week. OU/Michigan or Iowa/Iowa State are probably the best games.

Hopefully there's a few major upsets but not a whole lot to look forward to on paper.

Oklahoma State/Oregon isn’t terrible.

Minnesota leading Northwestern St. 59-0 before the half. That's what you're supposed to do in those kinds of games. They're FCS but still....

And Iowa is losing too. I like to see it....

The Fighting Mannys hanging with Illinois at the half. I wouldn't mind seeing Bert lose.

Only way a team is doing that is if the other team has a bunch of turnovers and NW State had 4 in the first half.

They're destroying themselves with turnovers and stupidity. Someone is getting fired for allowing two players with #8 on the field at the same time--that changes the game.

Syracuse is currently losing at home to......UConn?? Looks like Fran Brown has some work to do before he makes the Orange a playoff contender, like many thought he'd do.

It was all smoke and mirrors early on last year--they won 7 one score games--that won't happen again

Also, Iowa playing a prototypical Iowa game against ISU. Go Hawkeyes! Good for the conference. Don't want the Big XII getting two bids

He also had that sweet five-yard completion to the sideline during practice.

The Iow'er Squawkeyes lay another offensive turd in losing to Iowa State...

.....214 Offensive Yards.... 3 1/3 yards per snap..... 3.4 yards per rushing attemp...... only 13 points scored....

The Iowa game thread is hilarious. They paid $1.3m in NIL to their new QB. He’s averaging a lusty 63 passing yards a game so far.

i hope Ferentz stays forever

That place kicker for ISU is a true weapon. PSU needs someone like that. His game winning FG from 54 yards would have been good from 60+

Sayin 10/10 218 yards and 3 scores in 11 minutes against FCS Grambling
I really don't think they're too concerned about their offense lol

Agree but they are playing Grambling. It's comical when many dimwit fans start making assumptions based on these early season mismatches. Let's wait until a few games have been played against quality opponents

It wasn’t even that close. An Iowa St DL man lost his poise, and got an Unsportsmanlike Conduct penalty deep in their zone which gave Iowa a 1st down after being stopped . F Iowa forever

Oh I agree--it doesn't mean anything against Grambling
That comment was about a particular poster that kept telling us Ohio State should basically give up on this season because of how bad their offense was against Texas. Ohio State's offense is fine--it's tough against good defenses.

Ohio State already played a quality opponent- Texas. PSU, not yet.
Ryan Day knows how to coach QBs. By the time PSU plays at OSU, Sayin will have improved.
PSU needs to get the OL right and Allar has to play much better to beat Oregon or OSU. The interior DL still needs some work on run stopping. Gave up too many 3rd & 4th down conversions.
Right now PSU defense seems more consistent than the offense.

Oregon leads Oklahoma State 41-3 at the half and Ohio State leads Grambling 34-0 at the half.

Agree as he was a QB coach in the NFL. To pick the best team - right now - between PSU, OSU and Oregon is just tough to do right now
