First day of attendance 9/8 this coming school year and already Game 3 of IHSA season potentially on Thursday, 9/10. Interesting.

They start school week 2 or 3 every year depending on IHSA calendar. Been this way since IHSA got rid of Wednesday game in 1994

Boys Golf season will be done 2-3 weeks later.

They always start the Tuesday after Labor Day and that happens to fall on the 8th this year.
