9 from the old Big East

For what it's worth just noticed that if the old Big East was still around they would have 9 teams in this years tournament. Glad we are out of that conference though. It's still all about football and the money is way better. Go Mountaineers. Looking for an Elite 8 at a minimum.

Can't go by that logic. It would very well be likely UConn, Syracuse and Providence would not make the show if they still played that schedule. They benefited from a watered down slate, and none of them play everyone home and home in a season.
