who are they? We dont know all the teams out there in the PAC12 of 2A. We just knwo there's some teams out there that play like it's 1989
This is a huge go no doubt with lots of implications going forward into the playoffs. I think the bulldogs squeak by in a THRILLER!

People was trying to say the shelby game vs chase was going to be a battle. Lol please, that was just a way to hype up the conference. That's like reidsville hyping up a game vs cummings now. The burns game will be no different, and if by miracle burns wins that tells me a lot.

I still remember what Burns did to us last year. Devine knew exactly where to bring pressure from and we have no one who can catch Pryor. Hope we get it figured out by Friday. I do think our D line is getting better especially when #95 is in the game, the kid is a beast and should never come off the field.
Ever since Reidsville was beaten by 1AA East Surry, a game that exposed your weak schedule to the fullest, a game that told us all a lot, a loss that has the top teams in 1A, thinking they can win 2A, period, you have been on a mission trying to downplay Shelby in anyway that you can, downplaying all of our opposition, trying to convince everyone that our schedule is weak, too, and we are not that good, and you told everyone so.
You really should do your research on Burns this season and Kujuan Pryor, one of the best runningbacks in the state, ran for 2000 yards last year as a junior. They just beat us last year, too, but you knew that. Stop trying to downplay Burns, knowing good and well you’re hoping that they will beat us, and know they have a chance.
Be grateful that Reidsville will be cup caking all the way to the state championship, unless those Shelby Boys go small 2A this year and end your season. No chance Burns will go small, they would beat Reidsville, too, in my opinion. They are too big in the trenches for the Rams. Your defense is weak, too! Get of yourself, man.

That’s my primary concern about Burns, their ability to pressure the quarterback, just as Kings Mountain did, and of course, there’s Pryor, but Burns will surly bring the pressure.
I can say east surry was the better team and I’d be surprised if we see anyone that will give us a game til maybe just maybe 3rd round. I hope Reidsville and Shelby both win out and go on to win 2A and 2AA to great programs doing what other schools wishes
Our defense is better than what they showed. As I said previously said no adjustments were made to gosnell, you can’t just keep single covering a guy that’s continuing to beat you. Plus I don’t think we have the right combination on defense either.
I don’t expect anyone to believe me on that either . Since it will be no proof until the playoffs

I said yalls schedule was weak since the beginning besides KM and said that would be a blowout when everyone was saying shelby had a chance. Yall Had 1 test and lost. If burns beats yall, yall should be ashamed. They have 1 guy to worry about really. The RB. Yall have 3 all time greats at WR and great qb. Shouldn't be close and I said it would be 21+

Sneak this in right quick, it sucks working on weekends, but it’s going to be even more telling when Tarboro beats East Surry by 3 touchdowns or more. Bet that!
Let's get back to the game at hand please. No one really cares about Reidsville anyway. Having Devine on our sidelines is a huge help. If we beat Shelby last year with that team, we can beat them this year with this team. I feel like we are 10x better this year and Shelby is about the same as last year. I expect a heavy dose of Pryor early and wear down the run defense of Shelby. I don't think Pryor ever gets tired. Then late in the game we can run our bruiser in Hopper. I'd love to be able to throw a little early to keep the defense honest. The biggest thing for us, is can our very young secondary keep the receivers at bay? We've got to get pressure without blitzing to help them out.

Shelby was struggling. You are correct. Burns finished 3-8. What would you call that? That struggling excuse doesn’t work against us man. We struggled all year. This game should be awesome to watch as a fan and a memory for a player. These two could play twice so it may be a preview of what is to come. If Shelby and Burns go big and small 2A you better watch out. No doubt Devine will have them ready and he wants to win this game but unlike the Beam years there seems to be a level of respect instilled between these two. Most of the pregame guys have downplayed Burns for weeks. Against Chase they said it may be close, same with ER and Newton. All three were blowouts. They didn’t want Burns to be good but they are. Going to be a big crowd. Get there early.

It says nothing, because we beat Kings Mountain last year, who blasted Burns, it just says that anything can happen when county rivals meet.
I saw that. KM gave you that game. Their coach also said it in an interview that Shelby was given that game. They backed up the talk this year by several points.
