Nothing wrong with recognizing something from another school.
I don't just look at how many wins a coach got in their career; what a coach does for their program is just as, if not more, important. Considering where their programs were when they took over, Snyder and McCartney at CU are among my Top 5, just because of how they elevated their programs.
If I had been good enough when I was coming out of HS in 1991, my preference for where to play would have been Nebraska, but the only other two I'd have listened to, and considered, would have been Colorado and K-State---simply because of those coaches. Something alluring about helping build a program.
