Donald Trump is in serious need of a good PR person.......Steph Curry is the BEST player in pro basketball and I think all this unwarranted criticism by some older NBA players and coaches is pathetic.

I don't think Trump would dare have a PR person. Having somebody tell him what can and can't say? I can't see him going for that at all.

I don't watch the NBA. To me it's a completely unwatchable product. However, from what I've seen and heard, I don't think older players and coaches are criticizing him as much as they are saying that he isn't the best ever and giving their reasons why. They point to rules changes and whatnot that have helped the offensive players that free him up more than he would have been in the old days. I'm not saying whether I agree or disagree with that sentiment. A lot of this stemmed, I think, from an interview with Oscar Robinson on Mike & Mike. I listen to that daily and heard the interview. It didn't seem to me to be as critical or whatever as people have made it seem after the fact.

On Mike and Mike this AM they were talking about the cheap shot at Curry made by Phil Jackson. I don't watch the NBA until the playoffs. Curry is certainly a very unique player given his ability to get his shots, make them and his passing ability.

I think it's hilarious that Seth Greenberg passed on Curry while coaching VT.

Trump has more pr people than anyone. He just doesn't prepare all the time.

More importantly is the other subject. It is sickening to see the hatred towards Curry. Doug Collins in the pregame Saturday night said it best. Basically it was Curry is great in any era and stop the comparisons. Just enjoy him and the Warriors as a team.

Exactly. He and that team are fun to watch. Who cares about best ever nonsense? Warrior games are exciting as hell. People not watching are missing out on some unbelievable entertainment.

I didn't catch that this morning regarding Phil Jackson. Overall, I think it's kind of a dumb thing to try to do ... "this guy couldn't play in this era or that era" ... it completely dismisses what makes these players great to begin with. They work and they prepare harder than anybody, and they do so to compete in the environment and era in which they are competing. 40-50 years ago, NFL linemen were 250 pounds. That doesn't mean those same guys couldn't compete today, because if they played today they would understand the training and nutrition and everything and would be bigger and stronger than they had to be back then.

Jackson compared Curry to Chris Jackson/ Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf.

So did greg marshall at Wofford. My friend's son coached him in AAU or high school and tried to get Marshall to take a look but marshall, like the *** hole he is, said he couldn't even play for Wofford.

Did Goldberg pass on Stephan? I know he passed on Seth. Either way I dont think Dell wanted his kids at Tech. Has he done much at all for them?
