A couple questions about the Superbowl halftime show

Why in the 17 isn't Bon Jovi doing this? It's in 17n New Jersey. He's on the 17n Mt Rushmore of stadium rock. Doesn't that make 17n sense?

For me halftime is still about taking a leak, checking the grill, beer run if running low, checking the $10 square chart, etc. Just not into watching somebody lip synch surrounded by a bunch of local extras waving their arms in unison. I think the staged Janet Jackson/Timberlake crap did it in for me
