I was at the 2005 game. My then-Brother-in-Law was a Georgia football season ticket holder. I told him he had to go out to this game with me. He told me that he didn't know SEC schools played baseball. Anyway, both fan bases were pumped....it was the largest non-Alabama crowd in SEC tournament history. He told me after the game, "this will hold me until football season."

Was also at the 2007 Super Regional. Took my son and a buddy of his. When State won, they wanted to run on the field so I threw them over the fence and then jumped over after them...the first time I was ever on Dudy Noble Field itself. Tore my shorts and had a massive hole in the crotch (looked kinda like a skirt). We got back to the car VERY fast.
