Two Minnesota D2 schools dropping football

Sad to see two more college programs dropping football....and from what I've heard more could very well follow at the D2 level in Minnesota.

Also hearing a lot more talk about smaller IHSA schools going to 8 man football for 2020...expecting more and more schools to look very hard at that option including a few of the smaller NUIC schools....

I think adding a 9th state title game (for 8-man) will happen in the next 5-10 years. Maybe not the same weekend, but at some point it will fall under IHSA.
