also, I wonder if Mullen held Dixon out of last week's game so that he'd come in extra jacked for the Auburn ...

we didn't really see too much of O'Neal Wilder last week ... maybe Mullen wanted to hold him close to his chest for this weekend, surprise them a little. Especially since he's never played, so he's not on anyone's radar .. he's an unknown.

When we first hired Mullen, one of the things that I believed that he was going to be, and something that I thought we really needed, was a coach that was crafty and a bit innovative ... so maybe Mullen's held back on Dixon and Wilder for this week's game. Remember, and this is my opinion, I think we have a better coach that Auburn, which will be a huge factor in this weekend's matchup, especially if it's close, which everyone expects it to be. If Mullen's the coach that we hope he is, then we'll watch him find a way to win this one.

We really need the confidence b/f we go to Nashville next weekend .. I think if we win Saturday, then there'a damn good chance we win the next 2.

Dixon didn't play because he got a DUI. It was punishment, not motivational.

Not only does Joe Gailbraith tweet about what tv station we're on everyday, but if you go to the official MSU Football schedule it lists On the Air as "FSN".

I guess we're just going to have to review this every week.

I want to see us open the game up with a play action bomb to wilder from Relf. Since Relf has the stronger arm out of him and Lee. But yes I would liek to see more of Wilder this weekend and see if he is going to be good or if he is all speed.

I seriously doubt it, and don't really even consider it reasonable. He's coming off a knee injury and the coaches pretty much say he's a deep threat, and that's about it at the moment.
