Does Josh Robinson remind anyone else of Emmitt Smith? I did a little research comparing Emmitt's career average at Florida to Josh's first 6 games. Maybe I'm not crazy?

(Somebody proof my work here - I did this pretty quickly)

I think he has a shot at being a Doug Martin-type pre-suck at the next level.

He'll get his. Can you imagine what it would be like if we JUST had JRob? Or what AD would have done if we had him and a half decent QB at the time?

Kinda unfair to compare jrob's first 6 games this year to smith's career numbers IMO. Seems a better comparison would be career vs career or jrob's first 6 vs smith's first 6 his junior year

I've got news for you, JRob isn't anywhere near 5'9. I like that he's shorter though. Bowling ball backs are always more durable because it's virtually impossible to hit their legs. I could see him being more like a Ray Rice (without the temper of course) than Emmit Smith.

On that SEC film room thing with Mullen he mentioned he was 5'7. I think official rosters tend to embellish a little bit on height. Or maybe they measure the players with cleats on.

Exactly. I am not saying he is 5' 9" - it is typical of football rosters to list em a couple of inches taller. The point is Emmitt wasn't 6+ feet tall either.
