Mullen has coached against Bama five times. Granted, not with the team he has now. In those five games, we have been outscored in the first half a combined 75-3. A lone FG back in 2010 is it for our offense. Bama's had leads as small as 7-0 and as large as 24-0 (#WeBelieve). We've managed to put about 10 points on the board on average in the second half of those games, but for the most part, the first half has done us in. To win Saturday, that obviously has to change.

We've had our opportunities in recent years but they've stonewalled us in the redzone.

Plus, in the game after LSU, Bama hasn't scored a first quarter touchdown in 12 or 13 years. Good start is a must.

I think the game hinges upon whether or not we can get our run game going. If the Alabama defense stymies us at the LOS, it's going to be tough to win.

I think we need to send guys in motion, Miles, Holloway, Tubby. Any type of look to help our rushing attack out.

No doubt. Got to keep them off balance. Saban said himself after the LSU game, "We're built to play a team like LSU." Well, he's going to be playing against a very different offense this Saturday. We'll see how good his defense really is then.

This Alabama team hasn't gotten slugged in the mouth yet. We have the ability to do that.

We have to be on point on the first drive. LSU is different if we don't make a helluva play on 3rd down on the TD to Bear. The aTm game is different if we do not get the defensive holding on the 3rd down that gives us the first down. Auburn is a different game if Dak doesn't make a great throw on 3rd down against Auburn to Bear. We have to keep the momentum up.
