Also... the baseball field fix is more than I first thought... they will dig up the entire surface and replace everything... starting in about two weeks. They expect the entire process will take about 60 days. There is a small window to get this done, but they think they can have the field ready by fall practice. why are they having to fix it? drainage is terrible...we have the worst field in the SEC and it is not even close. outfield isn't level and the field is roughly 25 years old. <span style="font-weight: bold;">Cohen was ashamed of the field condition and was upset it wasn't fixed a long time ago.</span> baseball never took the time to upgrade the field... after a while the drainage fills in and gets clogged... you turff guys out there know what I'm talking about...
