He and Briles have a long working relationship and seems they have a chemistry. This bio sounds promising: "At Baylor, Clements was the co-offensive coordinator and offensive line coach from from 2008 until 2011. Over the course of the next five seasons, he was the run game coordinator and offensive line coach and produced the Big 12’s Offensive Lineman of the Year in four straight seasons. Under Clements, his offensive linemen combined for 13 all-conference accolades and six All-American recognitions. He coached eight linemen who were selected in the NFL Draft, including first-rounders in 2009 and 2011."
