Never apologize for work! I've been listening to history podcasts while driving. That's how I got my presidential question the other day. Four US Presidents were assassinated: Abraham Lincoln, James Garfield, William McKinley and John Kennedy.

Score one for my American History teacher!

Sticking with history: The purchase of Alaska was also referred to as who's folly?

Seward. I believe it was William Seward for the Purchase of Alaska from Russia for $7 million dollars. Some people thought that it was folly to pay for a cold land far away

Mexico is correct. After the Mexican-American War ( 1846-1848 I think), the US paid Mexico for $15 million in exchange for California,Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Colorado ( west of the continental divide) and parts of Idaho and Nevada. A pretty good deal

I have no idea, but I would like to see it. My dad had horrible COPD, but somehow he could sing Danny Boy perfectly every time we said goodbye, and then he would gasp like a fish out of water for twenty minutes. It was a miracle

I shall watch it! Harry Connick Jr appeared on an episode of CHEERS. What is the name of the song that plays during the opening credits of the show? You can miss by a word or two. Just the idea will be fine

Alan Thicke is correct. I googled to make sure. On the same program, Growing Pains, the actress playing the mother was Joanna Kerns. What was the name of her famous real-life sister? Hint: She won two gold medals in swimming at the 1964 Olympics and was a sports reporter for ABC TV for 30 years

Jay North as a child actor played Dennis the Menace. He went on to star in a few movies as a teen one which was called The Teacher with sex symbol Angel Tompkins was by no means had an angelic plot. But he also was in a movie co - starring Sajid Kahn about an elephant. What was the name of that movie? OFC

Wow! There aren't too many elephant movies. Maybe the answer will come as I sleep. Probably not. I'm a bit bored. I watched YouTube last night. I stumbled upon a "Love Connection" episode in which a friend of mine had a good date with a Raiders cheerleader. Then I was directed to an excellent "Dating Game" episode with Jerry Mathers, The Beaver

The wife and I watch stuff on YouTube a lot. Seen tapes of old shows like Love Connection and The Dating Game. Tons of good stuff on YouTube. The movie about the elephant got a good billing when it came out around 1967-68. OFC

I have a feeling that I'll be waiting for 23 more hours. Jay North was not believable as Dennis the Menace. I can't imagine him with elephants either
