Maxime Meyer, a 7-foot-1 center in the 2026 class, has committed to Duke, he told Rivals.

He chose the Blue Devils over offers from Florida, Stanford, Vanderbilt, SMU and others.

Meyer attends IMG Academy in Bradenton, FL but is originally from Canada. He is ranked as the No. 122 overall player and a three-star prospect in the 2026 class, according to Rivals. He’s also the No. 19 ranked center in the class.

Meyer is the Blue Devils’ second commitment in the 2026 class, joining elite shooting guard Bryson Howard — the No. 11 overall player nationally.

This summer on the Adidas 3SSB Circuit, Meyer averaged 9.1 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 3.2 blocks per game. With the Canada U19 national team, he averaged 6.0 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks per game.
