I'd like to take this time to apologize to HD for my inapropriate comments made to him personally the other night. It's one thing to go back and forth here on the board, but comments about his personal life and occupation cross the line. Acting like an *** the way I did the other night was uncalled for, and I will refrain from doing this in the future. Also, yes, sometimes I do post stuff to mess with people- especially the Stansbury following, but I don't do it all the time.

about people trying to save face with the whole "I was just messing with the board"

Either you are lying (most cases) or you need to stop posting.

it should be easy to see when someone is trying to provoke the Stansbury diehards into a frenzy

I like Coach. He is an idiot sometimes but he brings valid sports discussion sans the idiotic "spread" argument from the other night. Even in his downing of Stansbury, his reasoning does have merit.

Just say you are sorry don't end it with this ********.

This will be a better board without him. I hope you guys never let him back. He is a sociopath with a laptop. Let him annoy and pester the general public instead of us.

That he's only another day or two away from groveling his way back onto the board.

While he does promote sports discussion, it's all redundant ********. Ricky, Ricky, Ricky... Good riddance. Pushing peoples' buttons is one thing, being an obnoxious dick is another.

and let me add, making fun of someone's job is ridiculous unless they put it out there to be made fun of.

lets go about this democratically and have a vote. Start a poll and leave it open for 24 hours and let the board vote yes or no if he gets to stay or not. Just a thought.

when I would take positions on subjects just to take them. I would post pro-LT arguements just to piss off Stormrider. I think I defended Willie Williams just to fight with that idiot RFAA. I finally decided it was stupid so I stopped. You should too.

...but he is amusing, and at least he makes people think. He's not a bad guy, ok he's an ***, but he does entertain.

Actually, they are the same.

& 34% embraces both equally.

Personally, I think 34% is an attention ***** who dumbs down the board.

But it's not my board, so what I think is about as meaningful as Andy Kennedy's Penthouse stash.

and you AK jab is a great one.

I have a feeling we are a few minutes away from the obligitory - "If you don't like it go start your own board" comment.

Even in his downing of Stansbury, his reasoning does have merit.
Until he can come up with a legitimate list of coaches who would be a significant upgrade than what we currently have, then his reasoning has no merit whatsoever.

None. Zip. Zilch.

about anybody occupation, but if that was what got him banned then I hope he went way past whatever imaginary line was set for that particular day. Crotch34 has probably caught more hell than anybody here regarding his occupation.

if he doesn't make the tourney in the next 2 years. Regardless if we can't find anyone better on paper, I would be willing to take that risk.

is like when an athlete "apologizes" for being arrested. They aren't sorry, they knew they were a dumbass when they were doing it, they just say they are sorry to get their life back in order. For coach34, his life revolves around posting here, so he issued this "apology" and DS ate it up like Dick Vermeil welcoming back Lawrence Phillips for the 89th time. I tell you what he should be sorry for, he should be sorry for being a insensative fool. He should apologize for having over 12000 posts, with about 12 of them worth anything.

Welcome back, moron.
Your friend,
Brutius

I dont see us making the Tourney this season. We have an outside chance, but when the chips are down, I think we will fail. That would make one NCAA Tourney in the last 4 seasons. I think his job should be on the line in 2009-2010 if this is the case. I dont see how anybody else wouldnt agree. No Dance in 2009-2010- he should be fired.
If it plays out that way, you are dead wrong if you dont think we can get a coach in here that can do better than 1 trip to the NCAA's in a 5 year span

We will see how it plays out
