What a way to deflate a new coach's spirit. Im sure Dan will be riding high after his pep rally in the Templeton Athletic Center that is attended by approximately 72 fans. Why cant we just have a professional press conference and let the man get to work? GB needs to tell us that Mullen was his man and we are excited about the future with him. Mullen then needs to get up there and say that he is ready to get to work recruiting, teaching, and changing the perception of MSU. Short, sweet, professional. Instead he's going to have to get on stage and spend an awkward 10 minutes or so trying to work a crowd (think Houston Nutt trying to do Hotty Toddy when introduced as UM's head coach).

Thanks Jackie.

clamor his mullet headed *** toward Mullin as if he is a God or something! Should be comical and good theatre.

.....that every other non-Arkansan head coach they've ever hired had after that first "hog call".

I saw a picture of Stan Heath when he was hired.... he had the most terrified look on his face when they started that dumb ****. It was priceless.
