my son is a 10th grader and wants more exposure to the recruiting sceen for baseball. he has played tourney ball for many yearsand starts on his varsity h.s. team. his tourney team will be playing in the usa jr olympics in june and other tourney's before and after. he has been to at least three college camps each summer including msu's and fsu's. he want to go to the "perfect game" showcae/combine so he can get a profile. my questions are; is there anything else we can do to get exposure, ie specific showcase tourney's and is perfect game worth the $600.00? any suggestions are appreciated. btw, his h.s. team coach sucks which reflects on how the team is doing so really no help there..

thanks,

tjc

It all really depends on what summer league team he plays for, what position he plays, is he a pitcher, LH or RH? If his summer league team is not playing in a lot of East Cobb tournaments then he needs to find a new team, if you are in north Miss, the best team is Dulins. He should be playing the WWBA in East Cobb at the end of the summer, and the Perfect Game Showcase tourney in florida every year at a minimum, also going to select college camps helps, especially as a pitcher. Can't really tell you much more than that without more info.
