During Saturday's game, the Auburn color guy mentioned that they didn't have any senior leadership because none of the seniors on their team had ever played on a team that had made a regional. The last senior class at MSU that didn't play in a regional was the 1977 class. Back then, the NCAA tournament was half the size it is now and the SEC was a minor baseball conference.
