For those of you that will be stomaching the game this weekend (I will as well), please try your best to remember that these seniors, that will be individually called out for their last game, are the sons of parents that will be sitting in the stands. I say this (knowing that I will get blasted) because as bad as some of these players have played (and some very bad) it's not fair for them to have to be booed in their last game at Scott Field during their senior introduction.

I, for one, booed Dontae when he limped out for the last time. He absolutely deserved it. I can't say the same for Carlson or McAdams and a few others. They have not performed to my liking, but they have never quit like Dontae did. At least try to give them the respect they deserve for putting up with Croom for 4 years. Most of these seniors had to endure as much pain as I would ever want to stomach. They did, on occasion, give us some joy. Try to remember that part.

Also, once the game starts, commence to booing when they muck up. I'm only asking for our fans to respect them during their intro. moment for their parents. After that, we can go the old #7 on their asses.

They didn't sign themselves, they didn't coach themselves, they didn't put themselves on the depth chart, they didn't decide to go for it on 4th and 15 or run up the gut on 4th and 2 with Dixon or any other idiot move by Croom through the years. The blame for our situation belongs on Croom's shoulders. They played hard trying to win games for State. I still believe with decent coaching this bunch could have been much better and won a lot more games, but that isn't their fault.</p>

The players are trying and fighting to win. They sure as hell aren't trying to lose. It takes a lot of guts to get out there and try to git 'er done for M State and they gave it their best shot.
