So should I be taking DHEA to boost my t levels? This is the real question!
No, either do actual replacement if it is an option ( decreased levels). it's called Biote. And it will work. DHEA is garbage and IMO doesn't work, unless you're trying the old " bought a supplement at GNC/Walgreens/Walmart/Amazon" story.

I drink soy milk. I’m 60. I’ll let you know how my gym session goes today. I’m in my third week of adding dips back into my routine (don’t have the best shoulders) but I should knock out 4x27 plus a bonus set in the 30’s.
Imagine what you could do without it.

There's been accounts of people who smoked into their 80's. I'm not doing that either.

A powerlifter in June was suspended 4 years on his first positive for DHEA
Mama, I D-H-E-A’d
Put a mug into my hand, chugged a liter, now I’m banned
Mama, life had just begun
But now I've gone and thrown it all away

Mama, ooooh,
Didn't mean to make you cry
If I'm not on th’ mat this time tomorrow
Carry on, carry on
as if nothing really matters

Too late, my time has come
Sends shivers down my spine, body's aching all the time
Goodbye, everybody, I've got to go
Gotta leave you all behind and face the truth
Mama, ooooh …

😀

That's one of the cases I mentioned above. In-competition with no underlying health issues.

The other cases < 4 yrs all mentioned some degree of self-reporting and/or aiding with the investigation. This case mentioned neither, so it's probable that he resisted the investigation and got punished for it.

All of which are not comparable to Aaron.

2-4 years it will depend on if they believe his story. Not sure his health issues will matter.

guy was sick took some meds like I said before pure bull!
I wish the world was so black and white. What is black and white is the rulebook and accompanying app along with mandatory training on self discovery of what you are putting into your body. They do that so someone can't say, "I was sick and took some meds". You and I can say that. Aaron cannot.

Any speculation on what this means?

It can take some time for USADA to reach a decision on a penalty. And there's no set time from start to finish, in which the process will be completed. Nomad just periodically checks the USADA website, where they show how cases were decided, to see if there is any news on AB's situation. So far there has not been any, so he periodically tweets out the message about which you're asking.
