With Alabama at home and then Vandy and Ole Miss on the road, we can ill afford to screw up tonight. Not to mention a loss to UT would be an RPI killer. Hopefully Moultrie will come alive and one of our role players (Steele, Bryant, or Lewis) will step up.

RPI watch: Akron is now 99 in the RPI so they are no longer listed as a "bad loss".

No excuse at all for letting a press beat us tonight. UT has shown they can play tough, not so much on the road, but never-the-less, if they let Skylar McBee or Maymen get open looks all night and let them dictate their own pace, we can find ourselves in bad shape.

I expected us to lose 2 of the 3 on the road between Arky, LSU, and Bama, (all 3 are going to be tough this year, but I thought Arky would be the one we would win). I hope we can pull out a win @Bama or @LSU.

I think our strategy NOW should be avoiding a bad loss like Auburn home and away, USCe, or even Ole Miss home and away (that one has the potential to bite us in the ***). Try hard to win one with UK, @UF, @Vandy, and win the rest of our home games.

I feel where we are right now, we are playing our way OFF the bubble as opposed to playing our way TO BEING a bubble team. Protecting our home floor and winning the games we need to win on the road is a must for this team... take it one game at a time.

...where's the tylenol? I'll have mine right next to the remote control. Having said that, I'm ready to watch the game.
