I think others mention that it is better for Perry to stay in UK for four years, even if he may never go pro, as a local who has stayed in the UK for four years, he’s likely to receive strong support if he pursues any career in Lexington after college, and he could still have a successful post-basketball life.Perry needs to play mop up, I thought that was obvious last season. No offense to the young man but lacks the quickness for the SEC
If it weren’t for the shortage of players in Pope’s first year, I don’t think Perry would’ve been recruited. Just look at the high school offers in Pope’s second year, they’re almost all five-stars and high four-stars.
