Macron is a former socialist and should easily defeat Le Pen in their run off in early June. The French love their socialists. Macron is running as a "centrist" independent. Those in the know realize he is still a socialist but after the Hollande disaster cannot claim to be one and expect to win. Obama is a Macron supporter.
