and Kentucky should win the national championship. 5 potential lottery picks. I thought the team they had 2 years ago had phenomenal talent. This class is sick. Florida and Vandy got a few in there as well.

Any update on Jalen Steele's rehab? We're going to need him this year, and he was beginning to look like a special player as last season went on.

With potentially one 1st rounder and two 2nd rounders, some other experience returning, and possibly 2-3 freshmen contributors, that wouldtheoretically make thisthe most talented team since 1996.

It's really going to depend on the "other experience returning" or the freshmen. Sidney, Moultrie, and Bost take care of thecenter, power forward , andPG (or SG) positions. Jalen Steele needs to heal up and either Shaun Smith andBryan Bryant are really going to have to step up, or we're going to need real contribution from Rodney Hood and maybe Gardner.

But then again, if our top 3 players really shine, then often that's all you need to win games. The rest just need to play defense and pass the ball.

If he is still considered a 1st rounder why the hell did he transfer? Why not just go pro? Wasn't he a borderline 1st/2nd rounder when he was at UTEP?

What am I missing here?

I remember a projection saying he would go 22nd overall, and its possible that he wouldn't have made whatever team took him.

I am sheepishly going with the belief that last year's flameout was due to Sidney being out of shape, bad injuries to key backsup, and Kodi and Ravern being disruptive to team unity.

Yeah, that's it. We're going to kick *** this year.

Doesn't matter where he's playing, he still is getting paid by the Magic. All 1st round picks get contracts. Teams don't get out of them because a player ends up sucking or needing development.

This site only includes the NCAA players and does not include the NBA's life line of international players. By the time you include the international players that are not on this list.... Kentucky's 5 lottery picks turn into 1 lottery pick and a late second rounder. MSU turns into Moultrie being the last player drafted while Fat Boy and Dee play in Russia with Mario Austin.
