you can sign up to 28 in February. There can always be grade attrition or you can greyshirt if you need to. There use to be no limit to how many you can sign until they put in the "Nutt rule" after he signed close to 40 a few years ago to weed down from.
The rule is written for feb.-may signees. We had 4 Dec. Signees which should mean we can sign 28+ those 4.
