Whew Cats escape. Evansville didn't move the leadoff runner from first to second and a 2 out flair into center only gets him to third due to it. Then Williams gets a K to end it.

He did throw about 40 pitches though, so he'll need some rest before going this weekend.

I’ll take it. Williams has some good stuff. With all that said TCU may beat the breaks off us if we don’t start playing better.

Happy to get the W. Logic would say TCU roughes up our pitching. But , nothing about baseball is logical. GBB!!
