unless you are surfing some of the sleazier porn sites both lists get all the mainstream stuff you would deal with on a daily basis. The default is best for a "regular" user.

The two major english ones are Easylist and Fanboy
Easylist is the one most people including myself use, Fanboy was started when the writer of it was denied his additions to an older sub called filterset.g
So Fanboy is better if Joe Sixpacker visits a lot of porn sites.
Or run Easylist and add "Fanboy's Adult/Dating List" to supplement what Easylist is missing.
