Adidas MSU '86 Throwback Uniform

Well, it took me a day or so, but here you go. I agree on the late 80's being our sharpest uniforms of all time ( but I'm a sucker for the classic look ). I'm not a huge fan of the abstract piping these days. I did something similar with different uni and helmet looks not too long ago, but never got around to modernizing my favorite. So anyway, here you go...

I didnt post in the other thread, but I have been saying for years that we should incorporate more silver into the uniforms in all sports. <div>

but out of curiousity, is there a way to make it look more like metallic silver and less like gray?

The metallic silver may not look as good, but I think it would look better and more modern. I would like to see what it would look like on paper before I endorse it.

well 17'n done. I love these, and I agree that the combos we could do with this would be incredible. If we wore these next year we would get a lot of pub.

I've always wondered why football and basketball doesn't utilize the "grey" that baseball always has. I wasn't old enough to watch us play in those uniforms, but I have to say those would benice! I actually like them a whole lot better than what we wear now.

Weren't in '86 either. Our colors are maroon & white, not maroon, white & silver. Don't mind the occasional black mixed in, or the gold for the Egg Bowl, but def not into adding a 3rd color on a permanent basis.

and you can see for yourself which logo is leading. Not only is MS interlocking baseball logo leading but add in the others that didn't vote for the current MState logo and it's pretty obvious more people want a different logo than what is currently being used. Granted it's a small sample size.

because that's what you are supposed to wear if you are the visiting team. Traditionally anyway. I'm pretty sure everyone wears their dark colored tops at least once on the road.
