1. Find a way to get Collins and rooker in the lineup. And keep them there.
2. find your other best 7 guys in the lineup and keep them there.
Unless there is a reason to pull them, don't. Try to get some guys going.
3. Starting pitching is fine.
4. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES, pull another pitcher in the middle of a count. And especially replacing him with a young guy.
5. Let Houston/Fitts/brown start an inning for a change. And see what happens. Don't ask them to come In a pressure cooker situation until they show you they can. But let's see how they do with a clean slate. At this point, I don't think you have much of a choice.
We can't keep managing this team like we did 2013. We are young and we are taking a damn atom bomb to these young guys' confidence (especially in the pen).
