I can't listen to MSU in the car. I have to watch the game (TV) from my office. At the game, I have my "lucky" parking area behind Harned near the overhang facing where Suttle dorm was. Getting to the parking area causes more consternation around my home every fall.

I can't listen in the car either. I also have a shirt that's more Croom Crimson than maroon that tends to be good luck. I change it at halftime if we're losing which usually leads to my wife rolling her eyes.
I fast forward through free throws and field goals for this reason. 1xFF so I can still see the brick.

Sometimes I find that something I'm doing starts bringing luck to our team. If I tell someone about it, it will no longer work.
I gave up on superstition during the Crooms era. That was enough losing to basically try out anything and everything and figure out it didn't matter.
I have to have the same spot on the couch and if it is a close game I have been known to flip to another game when the other team has the ball.

I got stuck wearing a green Yeti hat during the baseball team's run this year. Wore it for the first SECT game, and had to keep wearing it to Omaha. Felt like a DB for wearing a non-MSU and non-school color hat, but I sure wasn't going to be the one to screw up the mojo.

I gave up superstition during the Egg Bowl 2010. At the half I told my wife we are just dominating them. She of course said dont jinx them, and I thought about it, then asked her how, in this physical world, could words coming out of my mouth affect a football game being played 250 miles away? Baseball on the other hand is a different story.
