I went to a MSU overtime win vs UAB were Omar Connor ran in a game winning td in overtime. I remember a interception by I think the same Adron Chambers who is currently playing in the playoffs for the St. Louis Cardinals. That interception was huge in State winning that game. Is my memory correct? Since we are playing UAB this week does anyone have video of that OT touchdown by Connor and the interception by Chambers? Pretty amazing story too that Chambers was kicked off the football team (I think the week right after the interception) and has made it all the way to playing outfield for the Cardinals in the playoffs.

ever played a down of football...at least I don't remember him. And I don't remember anyone getting kicked off the football team the week after the UAB game.
Omarr then scored the touchdown on our first OT possession, ending the game. Don't know about him getting kicked off the team the next week, however.
memories down the drain (wish I could). We had I think 2 really good drives that night with Arnil Stalworth fumbling on both of them (after doing a great job running up until the fumbles). Very frustrating night (many of them in the Croom Era).
